Looking for both a static one that can be updated via control panel as well as something that is linked to a websites RSS feed to be automated but not look like another webpage within the app... The RSS plugin would probably be the best, however if you can't get an RSS feed out of it, then a custom URL should do the trick, however it might look not so great.
