An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made?

Hi for some reason, in the last few days, not sure what has happened, but I cannot seem to upload my apps for submission to the app store. I keep getting this error: "An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made." I have looked it up on Google and all it says is I have to update OS X Server app to v2.2. Problem is I am not getting any updates requiring this and I cannot seem to find this software on my computer. Anyone have any ideas on what I need to do?

Thanks David. I've solve my issue by creating a .api file and using Application Loader to submit the app rather than the usual route I would take, which is to build Achive and use the Organizer to submit. If I have this issue in my next app I want to submit I will take your advice. Thanks for the help, much appreciated.
