Well, yes. But it takes a fair amount of editing and testing on your part. There is no 'tutorial' for it, but basically by inspecting the modification provided by a couple of Danny's self hosted modifications available over at BTMods https://www.buzztouchmods.com/downloads.php?cat_id=2&download_id=26 Using the same 'basic concept' as this, you can disable every option for users except the ones you leave. This will take a bit of playing with, as some control panel options disabled on one screen can show up on another; you gotta test it thoroughly. But it 'can' be done. Cheers! -- Smug

Hi Smug... I have allready tryed the Servermods from Buzztouchmods.com... and it works Fine..... BUT... i made the Update to 2.1.9 and would like to leave it Original ;-) Maybe there is an other Way to make an Extra Site that Customers can send the Push Messages on there Apps? Or is it Possible to Run 2 CPs in different Subdirectorys on one Server with the Same DB? Then i can Reverseengenier one for Customers ;-)))

Interesting concept… You know, It *might* be possible. Since you're not really using the API (it's for code downloads and such) then you *should* be able to use the same db for two installations. In your second installation, cut user privileges to minimum, except for Push requirements. However, keep in mind the user will need to have an account in the db, and if they ever accidentally find your 'real' installation, they could wreak havoc on your app if they do silly things without knowing what they're doing. Still, it seems like it should work… Cheers! -- Smug
