Something where we can input categories and have the user rate each category. I would also love for it to have a time and date stamp from the device being used as well as a comments section. However, I am looking for something where the customer can rate and provide feedback for the services at the establishment. Alot like the plugin by Sandeep, but used to rate and provide feedback for the company itself. Part of continually trying to improve the customer experience. Comments I did see that.
