Went to validate a new app and go warnings only. 1) The frequent warning was that there were "Missing icon files" such as 152x152 in png format. Well I created icon files called Icon_76.png, Icon_120.png and Icon_152.png, each of which they say are missing, at the prescribed pixel x pixel dimensions, at 250 px/in in Photoshop. I placed them into the file GUI subset of BT_ART because I saw the other icon files there. Is there somewhere else these should go or am I missing something? 2) The other warning stated "Legacy Language Designation - The directories located at and then it stops there.

You need to add these icons 'physically', which it seems you have done. You also need to add them to your plist, so that the app knows they're there. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/115208762/newicons.png Cheers! -- Smug Edit: there is a bit about how to do this here: http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=53D63C3124E511D9F12AF8F&fid=06DB0BCB08E2222&sortColumn=FT.id&sortUpDown=DESC&currentPage=1

I wouldn't delete anything; they're only a few k in size. You never know… I use the files at appicontemplate, but it only works if you have photoshop. http://appicontemplate.com otherwise, there are a whole lot on the app store to choose from. pick something free. Cheers! -- Smug

Cool thanks again! I figured out by looking at one of my other apps I'm working on, that I set the deployment target to 7.0. For some reason I was thinking that the deployment target specified the highest ios version I wanted to run it on. Instead of errors in the validation those same items were flagged as warnings. I will continue to try to work this out still hopefully for future ios'. Thanks again!
