Also, are there characters, like --- or < that we're not allowed to use. I say this because I have a message with about 50 character, including -- and < (to from an arrow) and when I update I get an error parsing message. Thanks. I don't think those characters are an issue (not 100%), but, just a hunch, are you including carriage returns in your prefill? When I put them in after the < to make an arrow, I get "problem parsing configuration data." Also, when I go back to the BT screen, the entry into the pre-filled message is gone! I have to retype it, take out the hyphens, save and publish and all is well again. Wonder why BT doesn't like the hyphens. Comments The problem seems to be with hyphens (---).
