Can't Update or Install Plugins to Self Hosted Server

I keep getting this error when trying to update or install a plugin to my self hosting server: "Error un-zipping archive (1)" Adam

You get this error because the index.php file is no longer included in the plugin package (the latest BT update got rid of php files). We will just have to wait for the Self Hosted 3.0 release.

I expect the new 3.0 to come out in days. Plugin devs got it weeks ago as a beta.

A lot of changes have been made since the beta release, but I'm hopeful it will be soon. Of course, holidays are approaching and David better be taking some time to be with family! ;)

I have installed the new self hosted and this problem still exist. has anybody figured it out

Sherry, I have looked at my server as I have a VPS from Godaddy. Can't find anywhere to allow the script.
