Xcode ebooks

Hey gang, Can anyone recommend an ebook for Idiots on learning objective c or Xcode language? There's so many out there so was looking for others experience to help learn from the basics. Thanks Steve

How do you learn best? Starting with visual concepts and slowly moving toward the abstract (such as logic, code, etc)? Or the other way around, starting with theory and eventually creating a widget?

As for books: Big Nerd Ranch or Stephen Kochan or Erica Sadun Make sure what ever you get is 'new'. Nothing sucks worse than trying to learn material that Apple has deprecated.
