I updated my SHCP with no issues. So (fingers crossed) either a critical file was corrupted during upload, or perhaps something with your host is a little different. For a while, when I updated to 2.1.9, my 'previous' apps would give me that error, but 'new' apps packaged and downloaded just fine. Then it seemed to fix itself. I have had CURL related problems in the past that David needed to tweak, but he incorporated those fixes into 2.1.9 and my upgrade from 2.1.8 to 2.1.9 went smoothly enough, this one is 2.19 to 3.0. The CP itself looked OK and I didn't see any install errors. I'll keep looking into the problem, but if I don't get anywhere soon, I'll have to roll back.
