After updating my android app i still get the old app

After updating my android app to new version and when i download it from Google play i get the old app, for getting the updated app i have to make a change in Buzztouch panel than it auto load the updated version. Most of the people that will update the app or download it thy will never see the changes i have done in my app. Why is this happen?

This is the common mistake which i have seen many bt users do. Even i do same mistake sometimes. When you submit your new app to the playstore or appstore always remember to copy the latest live mode version of your config data from the bt control panel. You will first have to publish your json data by clicking the publish changes tab on your bt control panel and then go and copy your recent json live mode data. Paste this json data in your apps config file. In case of eclipse it will be in the assets folder and in case of xcode it will be in the BT_config folder.

Sandeep is totally correct. You will need to renew the BT_config file. Of course, it does automatically change when you renew something on the Buzztouch control panel. But just copy the 'Configuration Data' from your Buzztouch control panel, paste it into the BT_config file in Eclipse, and then send it off to Google. Once you've done that, spray open your bottle of bubbly and celebrate! I once did the same mistake one year ago. And even worse, it was Apple I was dealing with. When I did it, I had to wair one week until the new update came out! My client (AKA Dad) wasn't too happy.
