I have a plugin that has MANY files. In xCode I organized the files into folders to keep from getting lost in the shuffle. I uploaded the plugin to my self hosted server, but when downloading an app package that contains the plugin, all I get are the files that are in the root of the plugin. All of my folders and their contents are not downloaded with the package. Is there something I can do to "bundle" these files in the plugin download? No, I have not updated to 3.0 yet.
