No instruction PDF in BTv3?

I've downloaded BTv3.0 source code and README.txt says, "See the instructions.pdf file included with this download" There is no pdf in my zip. Is the process the same as it was for v2.0 for dragging plugin, image, doc, video, audio folders into xcode project? It looks a bit different. Also, bt_screen_customHTML plugin is not downloading on my self-hosted app, but is downloading on BT-hosted app. Any ideas why? Right now it seems the only folder that needs to be included is the plugins folder. All of the rest are compiled.. As for the customHTML plugin I'm not sure I haven't included it yet. But if it's anything like the call and share it is included in the core files in the app project. Someone else please clarify if I am incorrect.
