AT53 Video Player, does not work with sample video under Android 4.0 but with 4.1.2 it does!

Environment: Buzz V 3.0, Eclipse, Simulator with Android 4.0. Player ist started with the correct Video, but after a few seconds I got a black screen. After lot of testing I simply changed the API level of the simulator With the Simulator using Android 4.1.2 it (API level 16 ) it works!
