html buzztouch screen building? anyone know of a Good builder?

I just had to buy the HTML pro plugin by chris1. My question is does anyone know of any cool HTML screen building software that will build buzztouch size screens? eg. An HTML button menu instead of the BT button menu that will size to different screens without having to adjust anything. It's not an HTML editor; but it allows your HTML to be extremely versatile with respect to your page vs device. Check out Fred's myskylla.com with a few different devices, and you'll see the effect. I searched for a way to build apps and found buzztouch so there must be a site somewhere that will allow us to build HTML pages like a website builder allows you to build a website very easily.
