The app icon is a nice idea -- a cassette tape for the audio recordings :-) Nice usage of HTML to get the exact look you wanted for the audio screens. (I am working on a plugin to get you the same capability) I like the table row icons being a continuous vertical connection of headphones. Did you add into the quiz the topmost progress line of correct answers? That's a nice feature.
