I have an app that is not published. I am testing it out with some test users. I installed the app on a totally new device that has never had the app installed. After launching the app, it shows an older version of my app i.e. with a few menus that I had removed. I then hit the refresh button and all my new changes show up. I recommend you implement the line line code so your app refreshes automatically when it opens.
