What is registration ID and how is that connected with the Custom URL plugin? Who asks you for a registration ID? A site, a plugin... who or what? You have already posted a similar question a few days ago and nobody answered, probably because you did not explain the problem, much like this post. So please be as specific as you can: what URL are you accessing, why, what is the problem and so on. If you have an image of the screen with the problem illustrated, so much the better.
