My App was rejected(Meta data rejected). Now itunes UI has been changed with new features. Now i am not able to upload new binary. while clicking "Submit for Review" in Top right button it shows "You must submit your builds using Xcode 5.1.1 or later, or Application Loader 2.9.1 or later. Give it a few (10-15) minutes for it to register on itunesconnect. Then scroll down to the "builds" section on the itunesconnect page for your app and click the "+" button.
