CUSTOM HTML/TEXT PLUGIN

I created a new screen wanting to display text using the 'Custom HTML/Text' plugin. After setting up the screen and adding it to the menu I keep getting this message on the app: Error loading screen? The application had trouble understanding what to display. Any suggestions on a fix?

Are you sure the plugin files are added to your project in Xcode/Eclipse?

This sounds like the screen and the menu aren't tied together still. Cheers! -- Smug Edit: and if like Chris suggests, your plugins aren't added to your project, it would explain why the screen/menu aren't tied together. Check the 'instructions.pdf' file that came with your download package and make sure you didn't miss any steps.

I had the same issue with my first app. I did a trouble shoot, checked that the screens were connected but it didn't work. Couldn't figure out if I made an error or where. I eventually deleted and re-created the screen and then it worked.
