Are they available through BuzzTouch and can they be targetted at specific users? I can code something to feed off the bt_config.txt and be clientside rather than a true push. I've just seen something about an "alarmmanager" which would probably do the trick. All the info will be in bt_config.txt, the app just needs to use it - but can it if it's not been opened recently?
