Hello, I have a newbie question here. I am trying to make an app including Albanian words. To do that I need to be able to use some characters that are not found in the english alphabet. I tryed copying and pasting them but they came out as boxes instead of characters. Is there any way to import fonts or import characters? Thanks

Hi, this is an interesting question. There is almost always a problem with this type of formatting issue and it's related to the character sets different types of computers user to represent data. We may be able to get your inputs to display properly but it will take some tinkering. Lets do this, when you are done with your app (enter the Albanian words the best you can) I'd be happy to download the source-code and launch it in the simulator. From there, I may be able to adjust the character set used to get it to display properly. I'll let you know the results of the tests to you can do the same thing on your end when you compile the app. Just an idea. 1) Enter some content in your app with the Albanian words 2) Re-post to this thread that you are done and you would like us to look at it We'll see what we can do ;-)
