Are you asking how to change the graphic on the control panel, the 'app image' it should update with the newly uploaded logo, like you described. If this is not what you want, please help me understand more...are you trying to change the graphic for the home-screen or some other graphic? If you are changing a graphic in your app's source-code, which graphic are you changing (what file name?).
