I made a video of my integration problems been trying for weeks to no avail!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zA4IhYcoP-8&feature=youtu.be Help much appreciated! Here is a video of my installation problem. I downloaded the old core and did NOT check the include scringo SDK on download cause it was giving me errors I did what the website said. imported scringo, added it to the app ;library, added the manifestmerger.enabled=true to the project properties, I added the scringo.properties with the app id. . Then I pasted the code to the activity-roots-tabs file When that didn't work tried adding the 3 libs from the app libs folder. When that didn't work I tried adding the .jar file (I did the build propertied too.) When that didn't work I tired copying the text from the scringo manifest to the scringo android manifrest xml and that's when I got tons of errors. Please help!

on the scringo manifest you just delete the configChanges part on each line.the copy and paste is just so you wouldnt have to do that with each one.you only paste the code in the plugins/screens java file that you have in your app.all of them. make sure you clean after you import scringo. when you import scringo make sure you import "ScringoSample" thats included in the zip you download from scringo.com. and when you're adding code you add it the way that is has it in scringoSample(thats why i said include it, you can really just pull up the main.java file in that folder to look at it) .dont copy and paste from the website. download a new copy of you app from buzztouch without including any additional sdks or plugins. then download a new copy of of the scringo sdk from scringo.com. most of the time, if you keep messing and going back with it, it screws up the whole project so its best to start over

I tried everything you said been at it all day and I'm still getting hung up so I made a new video I think I am farther along. I think what's hanging me up is in the very beginning of your video your app is set for android and you comment out 2 lines to get rid of that error. When I do that I still have an error the only way I have found to get rid of the error is to change the app properties to google instead of android. Hey if you ever come to Hollywood for a vacation I owe you you a good tour of the town!! Here's the video of where I am at thanks! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UgpUerheNG0&feature=youtu.be

Whenever I first load a new buzztouch app into eclipse I get an error. I tried to clear them by commenting out the 2 lines you did but it doesn't clear my error. Only way I have found to clear my error is to go into properties and switch it from Android to google I think this maybe causing my problem here is a short video showing my error from the top

Well, to tell you the truth, I'm not a buzztouch expert, but I think that buzztouch project work only with Google's APIs and Android's aren't enough... However, this issue has nothing to do with Scringo as far as I understand... you haven't even added it yet, have you? These errors appear even if you haven't integrated Scringo yet, is that correct? BTW, which version of Scringo are you using? Ofer

I think I'm going to go with something a little easier right now. I've been messing with Buzztouch and scringo non stop for like a month or more and I'm still no closer to having any working app hahaha I'm going going to take some more programming classes and come back to buzztouch in a few months I spent entire days from wake till sleep and it's just not working right for some reason I'll be around though Let me know if a better video ever goes up thanks

Sure thing, but I can assure you that people with zero knowledge in programming have integrated Scringo successfully. Send me an email to [email protected], send me your project and I'll send it back to you with Scringo inside ;-) Ofer

Hey guys, Scringo does work indeed on this and I'm still trying to learn it all. As for the Scringo integration, I'd say the hardest part is the Facebook hash keys. But with faithful Ofer, we got it to work. I'm trying to understand it all so I can one day make a tutorial but still trying to work out the quinks in mine, which is not scringo related.

Twitter was easy to integrate but Facebook was the hardest.
